Enhanced seal service with Netzsch Mastermix

Netzsch utilises speciality Burgmann and Merkel pressurised double seal units as standard on its range of horizontal bead mills. NASH has provided Netzsch Mastermix UK and it's customers with repair and technical support services for these seals for over 10 years.

Netzsch Mastermix UK reorganised last year and during this process, it was agreed that both companies would jointly develop an enhanced mechanical seal service exchange programme. Improvements included

• A comprehensive stock of all types and sizes of seal, held in the UK for immediate delivery.
• Greater commercial transparency.
• Enhanced field service support.

The service is now fully operational and has already helped a number of end users to reduce downtime and resolve technical problems through improved speed and quality of service.
